I'm new to this meme, but how can I resist one about books? Here's this week's question: Are you a Footprint Leaver or a Preservationist?

For me, it depends on the book. If it's a study book with a place to write, I'll fill it up with writing. Occasionally, I'll pencil in a note on another book, but usually, I would rather use a notebook or journal (can never have too many of either). Recently, I began writing notes, thoughts, etc. in my Bible. What better place to leave a Footprint than there? I'd love for my children to read through and see my struggles and triumphs in the pages of my Bible. How cool would that be?
